A Bit About Me

Growing up, I never imagined that I would become a professional trainer. I was more focused on playing computer games and trying out different foods around Singapore. In fact, when I began my National Service, I was so unfit that I couldn't even score a single point on any of the IPPT stations.


However, as I started to exercise more regularly, I discovered the amazing benefits that fitness can bring to both the body and mind. Over the years, I've gained a wealth of experience and knowledge both inside and outside the gym, and now I'm dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.


I hold certifications with NCSF and Yoga Alliance, and my passion for martial arts, including Judo and Taekwondo, has also helped me to understand the importance of discipline, focus, and perseverance in achieving success.


My own personal yoga practice is based on the Ashtanga Mysore method, which emphasizes the breath, meditation, and movement in a flowing sequence.
