How many sessions should I get?

The optimal number of sessions for you depends on your fitness goals, schedule, and timeline for achieving those goals. While we generally recommend 3 to 4 sessions per week for optimal results, we understand that this may not always be feasible due to various reasons. Therefore, we encourage each individual to discuss their specific needs and circumstances with us during the trial session, so that we can create a customized plan that works best for you.

I'm interested! how do I sign up?

Awesome! To begin, simply express your interest in our services by contacting us. We appreciate it if you could briefly share your fitness goals, challenges, and reasons for wanting to achieve them. Once we receive your message, we'll be in touch within 1-3 business days to discuss how we can help you reach your full potential.

How do I make the payment?

We offer convenient payment options including PayNow and cash. Please note that payment must be made in full prior to the first session. For more information on how to make a payment or to inquire about our services, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I have to be away for a trip. Can I extend my validity period for the package?

At times, life can get in the way of our fitness goals. To accommodate unforeseen circumstances, we offer each client the option to freeze their package for up to one month, once per package. This allows you to pick up where you left off when you're ready, without losing any unused sessions.

I've sustained an injury but am still eager to work out. Is it still possible for me to train?

We understand that injuries can be frustrating and disruptive to your fitness routine. However, depending on your current medical condition, we can modify your workouts to ensure that you can exercise safely and without exacerbating your injury.


We do advise that you seek medical clearance from your doctor before starting any exercise program.


Although it may be tempting to stop working out after an injury, this can lead to muscle loss and reduced strength, leaving you more susceptible to future injuries.


By working with us and following a customized plan, you can continue to make progress towards your fitness goals while minimizing the risk of further injury.

Can I do both personal training and yoga for my package?

If you have signed up for our individual or couple personal training package, you can use your sessions for both personal training and yoga. Please note that this option is not available for our yoga package.
